LEIS Holding Ltd. is a group of companies with a long-established track record and experience in the real estate market dating back to 1992.
The company focuses on the development, leasing and management of industrial, office, retail and residential properties in the Czech Republic and abroad. Completed projects include premises for Mannesmann and Dematic, a series of retail buildings for Lidl and the company’s own LEIS Technology Park Brno.

Current availabilityA modern business and technology park covering approximately 45,000 m², with around 12,000 m² of lettable office, manufacturing and warehouse space.
Individual halls and units range from approximately 300 to 2,300 m², most commonly around 1,000 m². Premises can be adapted to specific operational requirements.
